4-WHEELER INJURY

A MEMBER  OF  A  SURVEYING  CREW  FROM  WINDER,  GA.  WAS INJURED  IN A  4-WHEELER  ACCIDENT  OFF   36  WEST  NEAR  GOSHEN  ROAD. ACCORDING  TO UPSON  S.O. ,  JONATHAN  CLINT  SMITH, COMPLAINED  OF  PAIN  IN  HIS  ARMS  AND  LEGS  AND  WAS  TRANSPORTED TO  THE  E.R.  BY UPSON  EMS,  ONCE  HE  WAS  LOCATED.  SMITH  WAS ON  A  4-WHEELER  TRYING  TO  CROSS POTATO  CREEK  WHEN  THE  WHEELS  STARTING  SLIDING  ON  THE  BANK,  AND  THE  VECHILE  TURNED  OVER ON HIM  IN  THE  WATER.  THE  CREW  WAS SURVEYING  THE  GA.  NATURAL  GAS  PIPELINE
