FEMALE AIRFLIGHTED TO GRADY AFTER APARTMENT FIRE-THOMASTON GARDENS

ACCORDING  TO  THOMASTON  FIRE  CHIEF  EDDIE LIFSEY—50  YEAR  OLD  DONNA  MELTON  HAD  MINOR  BURNS  TO   HER  FOREHEAD  BUT  SUFFERED  FROM  SMOKE  INHALATION   WHEN  SHE  WAS  FOUND  ON   THE  LIVING  ROOM  FLOOR AT  11;30PM THURSDAY. 

THE  CHIEF  TOLD  TGA NEWS  THERE  WAS  HEAT, SMOKE ,  AND  WATER  DAMGE TO  THE BUILDING  6-D  UNIT  AT  THOMASTON  GARDENS  APARTMENTS,109  WEST  COUNTY  ROAD.
