KEN PULLIN WINS GOP NOMINATION FOR STATE HOUSE

IN TUESDAY'S PRIMARY ELECTION REPUBLICAN KEN PULLIN OF PIKE COUNTY OUTPOLLED INCUMBENT JOHNNIE CALDWELL OF THOMASTON FOR THE DISTRICT 131 STATE HOUSE SEAT __3940 TO 2303 OF A TOTAL OF 6243 VOTES CAST IN UPSON, PIKE AND LAMAR COUNTY. PULLIN WILL FACE DEMOCRAT CHRIS BENSON OF THOMASTON IN NOVEMBER.



IN UPSON COUNTY PULLIN GOT 63% OF THE VOTE, CALDWELL 37%, 1869 VOTES TO 1091.
